Equal-Access Consulting is dedicated to fighting for equal rights and justice for all, offering personalized and compassionate services. Eli Fresquez is an attorney with years of experience advocating for individuals and children with disabilities.
Eli previously served as the Director of the Office of Children’s Rights for the New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD), where he championed the legal and financial rights of at-risk children and families. Before CYFD, he was Assistant General Counsel at the New York City Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities, focusing on ADA compliance. He also worked as a Senior Planner and ADA Coordinator for NYC Emergency Management and as a Human Rights Specialist at the New York State Division of Human Rights. Eli’s expertise spans from civil rights investigations to mediation. He holds a JD from New York Law School, dual BAs, and a minor from the University of New Mexico.
Eli is a certified ADA Coordinator and is certified in Accessibility by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals. He’s also certified by the University of Michigan School of Social Work in Disability Inclusion and Accessible Design. He is licensed to practice law in New York, New Mexico, and several Federal Districts. Eli recently graduated from Harvard University’s National Preparedness Leadership Initiative in Cambridge, MA.
